First Murder of 2026 Shakes Trinidad and Tobago

In the heart of its capital city, Port of Spain, a man known as Ricky Taylor, also referred to as ‘Fish’, was gunned down on the corner of George and Prince Streets. The incident took place on January 1st, marking a grim start to the New Year. As investigations continue, the nation mourns the loss and grapples with the fear of escalating violence.
