Gabriella Ivansson, 56, has taken ownership of the property at Bygatan 62 in Viken from Ingrid Elisabet Eriksson. The transfer, which was completed as a gift in October 2026, concerns a house built in 1929 with a living area of 188 square metres. The property has now a new owner.
