EuroKids Preschool, India’s leading preschool brand, has announced the launch of Junior PlayGroup, a first-of-its-kind structured early learning programme designed exclusively for children aged 18-24 months. The programme, unveiled in Salem, aims to bridge the gap in early childhood education by providing age-appropriate learning experiences before traditional preschool begins.
Junior PlayGroup features a progressive 30-week curriculum with 150 curated learning experiences that evolve with each child’s developmental journey. Each 90-minute session blends sensory exploration, movement, storytelling, communication, practical life experiences, and creative activities to build foundational skills across four key pillars: routine and regulation, communication, brain development, and exploration and curiosity.
The programme is delivered by specialised early childhood educators at a 1:6 teacher-child ratio, with every facilitator trained in toddler development and age-appropriate pedagogy. Children learn in TÜV Nord-certified centres, ensuring a secure environment. KVS Seshasai, CEO of the Pre-K Division at Lighthouse Learning (EuroKids), highlighted that the launch comes amid thousands of enquiries monthly from parents seeking structured programmes for this age group, reflecting a growing demand for early developmental experiences.
