Ikechukwu Oloto, a 53-year-old chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Enugu State, was found dead in his Nsukka residence. Police reported that the victim was discovered in a pool of blood with deep wounds to his head and stomach, which investigators suspect were inflicted by a machete.
