The meeting took place at the Ministry’s head office in Port of Spain, with key executives from both companies present. Updates on work across Latin America and the Caribbean were shared, with a focus on Trinidad and Tobago. The discussions revolved around the collaboration between the government and energy service companies, and the potential for further engagement. Halliburton’s presence in Trinidad and Tobago, spanning over seventy years, was recognized. The ministers reassured that an investment-friendly environment would be maintained for companies in the sector.
