*Andorra – Thursday, 28 August 2026* – Andorran firefighters reported that they discovered a lifeless body on Thursday afternoon in the Tristaina region while conducting an active search for a 28‑year‑old British tourist who has been missing since Wednesday.

The search operation was launched on Wednesday by the Andorran police in cooperation with the national rescue corps. According to authorities, a local resident alerted officials around 12:00 p.m., stating that they believed they had seen a person who appeared to be deceased in the area.

Firefighters arrived at the site and confirmed the presence of a body without signs of life. The identity of the deceased has not yet been officially confirmed, but investigators are treating the find as a possible match to the missing British national.
