The United States Energy Information Administration (EIA) projects that Azerbaijan’s average daily oil production will reach 520,000 barrels in 2027. This figure, detailed in the agency’s September Short-Term Energy Outlook, remains unchanged from the projections released in August.
According to the report, the EIA anticipates production to average 530,000 barrels per day during the first quarter of 2027. For the second and third quarters, the agency forecasts an average of 520,000 barrels per day. In the final quarter of the year, production is expected to average 510,000 barrels per day.
The latest data indicates that Azerbaijan’s oil output is expected to remain relatively stable throughout 2027, with a gradual decline projected toward the end of the year.
