The woman, who is under the legal drinking age, was seen in the video appearing intoxicated and repeatedly refusing to leave the establishment when asked by police officers. The footage also captures a separate violent incident that occurred while officers were attempting to detain the woman. The police department has stated that the woman has not been charged with any crime and has not been identified in the release.
