Early-Morning Attack Wounds Four at Valencia Club

A violent early-morning attack at the Villaz Recreation Club on Valencia Old Road led to four men being injured. The incident happened shortly after 1 a.m., during which a series of loud explosions caused panic among the patrons. The victims were identified as 51-year-old Shurlan Latren, 33-year-old Kristoff Paponette, 34-year-old Shivan Keston Lakheram, and 22-year-old Elijah Phillip. They were rushed to Sangre Grande Hospital and are reported to be in stable condition. Police are now investigating the scene and CCTV footage reportedly shows two men with firearms emerging from a nearby area before the shooting. Two vehicles, a Toyota Hilux and a Toyota Yaris hatchback, were damaged in the incident. The police are still gathering further details about the attack.
