Russian forces carried out two attacks on the settlement of Nova Vodolaha in the Kharkiv region. According to Oleksandr Yesin, head of the local community, the strikes were executed with “Banderol”‑type rockets. One rocket hit an unused administrative building of Ukrtelecom, while the other destroyed a modular heating unit that supplied warmth to the settlement’s administrative buildings. The attacks caused damage to private houses, with broken windows and collapsed roofs, and also affected the local court building. In the broader context, Ukrinform reported that in recent days Russian forces have attacked Kharkiv and 14 settlements in the region, resulting in one fatality and injuries to 11 people.
