A 64‑year‑old man was seriously injured after falling in his home in Zirl on Thursday afternoon around 12:00. According to police, the man slipped through an open cellar door or down a cellar staircase. Despite his injuries, he was able to call emergency services himself. The Zirl fire department responded and rescued the man, who was then transported to a hospital in Innsbruck for treatment. (TT.com)
