A 51‑year‑old man was hospitalized in critical condition after a medical episode caused him to crash his vehicle into a concrete shoulder on Nolan Street in San Antonio. The incident occurred on Saturday just before 5 p.m. in the 800 block of Nolan Street, off Interstate 37. According to San Antonio police, the driver was traveling westbound on Nolan Street when he experienced a medical event that led to the collision. The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of life‑threatening injuries.
