Liberian businessman and political figure George B. Kailondo has called on the public to refrain from prejudging former Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor regarding pending drug-related charges. Speaking in Congo Town on September 11, 2026, Kailondo emphasized the importance of allowing the legal process to unfold.
Kailondo stated that both the prosecution and the defense should be given the opportunity to present their evidence in court before the public draws any conclusions. He argued that the legal system must be allowed to function without external influence or premature judgment.
