DKPP Verifikasi Lima Aduan Dugaan Pelanggaran Etik Pemilu, Siapa yang Dilaporkan?

Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) on Saturday, 8 November 2026, announced that it had processed five community complaints alleging violations of the Code of Ethics for Election Organizers (KEPP) following the Constitutional Court’s decision No. 01‑PHPU.PRES‑XXIV/2026. According to Dewa Kade Wiarsa Raka Sandi, DKPP’s member and Coordinator of the Complaints Division, two of the five complaints have met the material requirements and are ready to be forwarded to the adjudication unit. “From the five complaints received, two have satisfied the material criteria and are ready to be handed over to the adjudication unit,” Wiarsa said. The remaining two complaints are still undergoing administrative verification before they can proceed to material verification. One complaint does not meet the administrative criteria and will not be processed further. Wiarsa added that the five reports were submitted by members of the public, including a complaint from Denny Indrayana, but did not specify whether Indrayana’s complaint is among the two that have met the material criteria. “We are still in the process. Please be patient so that I do not make a mistake,” Wiarsa said, emphasizing that DKPP will adhere to the procedures outlined in its Guidelines for Litigation to ensure legal certainty and fairness for all parties. The complaints were received on the following dates: 13 October 2026 – complaints No. 042/02‑12/SET‑02/X/2026 and No. 044/02‑13/SET/X/2026 14 October 2026 – complaint No. 045/01‑14/SET‑02/X/2026 8 October 2026 – complaint No. 038/01‑08/SET‑02/X/2026 9 October 2026 – complaint No. 039/01‑08/SET‑02/X/2026 Information about the parties or institutions named in the complaints is available to the public on the official DKPP website.
