Djibril Quattara yongereye amasezerano muri APR FC

APR FC announced on Thursday, 5 November 2026 that its captain, Burkinabé striker Djibril Quattara, has signed a two‑year contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2028. The agreement was formalised at the club’s headquarters in Kimihurura, Kigali, after negotiations with Quattara’s agent. Club officials said the player’s monthly wage will increase from US $7,000 to US $10,000. Other reports claim he received a signing bonus of US $180,000, although the club has not confirmed that figure. Quattara has been with APR FC since 2021 and has played a pivotal role in the club’s recent trophy haul, helping secure two Rwanda Premier League titles, two Peace Cup trophies and a Super Cup. He was also the top scorer at the 2026 CECAFA Kagame Cup held in Rwanda. Tanzanian clubs Simba SC and Singida have reportedly shown interest in the player, but Quattara has chosen to remain with APR FC.
