According to the NIA, Parvez provided ‘material support’ to protesters during the 2016 unrest in Kashmir. The agency also alleged that registered and unregistered NGOs collected funds but developed links with banned terror organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba and Hizbul Mujahideen. The accused have denied all allegations.
