Three Officers from the Trinidad and Tobago Defense Force have been honored with certificates after completing an extensive three-month equestrian course. Major Shawn Richards, Squadron Leader Mohinder Boodram, and Lieutenant Gerrain Newton successfully finished the training, which included Precision Riding, Horsemanship, Stables Management, Activity Riding, and Ceremonial Parade. The course was conducted at the Mounted Branch of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service from June to August 2025. The graduation ceremony was attended by several distinguished guests, including Supt. (Ag.) Pierre, W/ASP Bain-Keller, Lt. Col. Edwards, and Ms. Sinead Stewart, the President of the Friends of the Mounted and Canine Branch.
