All individuals affected by a food poisoning outbreak in the municipality of Pedro Betancourt, located in the province of Matanzas, have been discharged from medical care. Health authorities confirmed that the group, which consisted of 29 people, had been under observation due to symptoms associated with foodborne illness.
The group of patients included 22 children. Following the period of medical monitoring, all affected individuals have been released from the healthcare system.
