In his post, Díaz Rúa wrote, “Antes nos preocupaban los tapones. Ahora también tenemos que consultar las mareas para salir de casa,” and included a photo of himself aboard a boat in a street that had been flooded. He concluded the message with the phrase “¡Cosas del cambio!” to highlight the challenges residents face amid the heavy rains. The floods, caused by intense precipitation in the last hours, have led to significant water accumulation in various parts of the country, disrupting traffic and pedestrian movement. The situation has prompted discussions about infrastructure and emergency response measures.
