Cunupia Community Mourns After Drive-By Shooting Claims Local Man’s Life

Denny Ramkissoon, a resident of Cunupia, tragically lost his life in a drive-by shooting on Sunday night along Sampson Trace. Eyewitnesses reported hearing several gunshots, which were followed by the heartbreaking cries of Ramkissoon’s son, who shouted in anguish, “Daddy die!” This emotional scene drew neighbors to the location as they rushed to support the family in the aftermath of the shooting. The police have begun an investigation into the incident but have not yet made any arrests. The community is left reeling from this violent event, highlighting ongoing concerns about safety in the area.
