**Bouyene FC Wins the 3rd Edition of the Coupe Bâne Bâ Bola**
*MOUNANA, Gabon – 30 August 2026* – In a tightly contested final held at the Stade de Mounana, Bouyene FC emerged victorious over Bola FC after a dramatic penalty shoot‑out. The match ended 0‑0 after regular and extra time, and Bouyene FC won 5‑4 on penalties.
The competition, organised by the Honorable Rodrigue Bokoko, marked its third edition. The final attracted a large crowd from surrounding villages and districts, filling the stadium to capacity. In addition to the football match, the event featured musical performances, including a set by Amélie, “la Voix Roc,” and a nostalgic performance by Monique Youmangomo of the Groupe socioculturel Mikouagna.
Key officials in attendance included the Prefects of the Lebombi‑Leyou and Lekoko departments, the Mayor of Moanda, the Mayor of Mounana, General Doudou Lengoma, representatives of the National Defence Forces, and various administrative leaders. Honorable Rodrigue Bokoko, the patron of the tournament, praised the teams’ commitment and the spirit of sportsmanship displayed throughout the competition.
