The Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Heredia (ESPH) will carry out scheduled power outages on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. The interruptions will affect customers in the cantons of Heredia and San Rafael. Ulloa, Heredia In the central district of Heredia, ESPH crews will perform network improvements in the Ulloa area. The outage is scheduled from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm. The affected zone extends 400 meters east and 400 meters north of Dekra Lagunilla, including the Noa Horizontal Residencial condominium. San Josecito, San Rafael In the San Josecito district of San Rafael, the company will relocate utility poles and conduct general maintenance. The power cut will run from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm. The works will impact the Las Angarillas condominium, the Ana Victoria and El Ensueño urbanizations, as well as Sanvar Street, Doña Dignay Street, and La Cuesta Street.
