Community Unites in Walk Against School Violence to Ensure Safer Educational Environments

Yesterday, the Mayaro Rio Claro Regional Corporation’s Municipal Police organized a significant event known as the ‘Walk Against School Violence.’ This gathering aimed to promote safety in schools and foster a sense of community around the urgent issue of school violence. Leading figures such as ACP Sagramsingh, Snr Supt Santana, Snr Supt Mohammed, and various police commanders participated, emphasizing the importance of unity and commitment to protecting children. The event also featured the participation of local artists and schools, who contributed to raising awareness about the pressing need to eliminate violence in educational institutions. This collective effort highlights the community’s dedication to ensuring a safer future for children, underscoring the message that together, impactful change is possible.
