Fuel prices in Guatemala have experienced significant increases throughout 2026, according to data recorded through September 16. The cost of diesel has nearly doubled, accumulating a total rise of 96.5 percent during the period.
Gasoline prices have also seen substantial growth. The price of superior gasoline has increased by 62.3 percent, while regular gasoline has recorded an increase of 60.5 percent.
