Trinidad and Tobago police are investigating a brazen theft after surveillance footage captured two individuals stealing a 5-ton air conditioning unit in the early hours of Monday morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:26 a.m., with CCTV showing one suspect removing the unit while another transported it using a wheelbarrow. The thieves made off with the heavy equipment, which is typically used in commercial or industrial settings.
Authorities are now appealing to the public for help identifying the suspects. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police or send a private message. The footage has been widely shared on social media as residents express concern over rising property crime.
