Six students from the Liceo Naval Almirante Guise were held in a juvenile detention center for four months, ending last Friday.
According to a lawyer representing a victim of sexual abuse at the school, he will seek an eight‑year internment sentence for the offenders.
The case has drawn attention to the handling of sexual abuse allegations within the school and the broader juvenile justice system.
