The White House posted a short musical video on its verified Instagram account (@whitehouse) on Tuesday. The clip shows several performers wearing mariachi‑style hats, holding microphones and playing a keyboard while singing a song that includes the phrases “Outstanding” and “Get your money up.” The caption accompanying the video reads “Dems are washed up,” a statement that translates to “the Democrats are finished.” The post was interpreted as a political jab at the U.S. Democratic Party. A transcription of the audio does not provide a direct link between the lyrics and the caption’s claim. Within two hours of its appearance, the video had accumulated more than 41,000 likes.
