Effective immediately, the suspension will affect the airline’s scheduled Saturday services. Existing customers will not incur penalties for changes, with the airline offering options such as no change fees, flexible rebooking, and processing changes through official channels. Refunds are also available for those who prefer it. The airline has expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and promises to share updates on the Caracas service via its official website and social media platforms.
