**Butterfield Bank shares decline in New York trading**

Shares of Butterfield Bank fell in New York trading, closing down 42 cents, or 0.71 percent.

Meanwhile, the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Index remained unchanged, closing at 3,750.77. There was no trading activity reported on the exchange for the day.
