This comes after previously stating he had no intentions of competing, following a contentious incident involving a Road March judge last year. The controversy stirred when the judge seemingly favoured Machel Montano ahead of the competition’s conclusion, during the Carnival. In a surprising turn of events, Garlin shared a receipt on his Instagram that confirms his paid participation in this year’s competition.
