MAXI-TAXI OPERATOR GUNNED DOWN OUTSIDE HOME
A 41-year-old maxi-taxi operator was shot and killed outside his home in Brazil early Monday morning.
The victim has been identified as Ronald Jason Ramgoolie, of Brazil Lome Branch Trace, Brazil.
According to initial reports, the fatal shooting occurred at around 6:30 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, just outside Ramgoolie’s residence.
Police were alerted to the incident and responded to the scene, where Ramgoolie was found with gunshot injuries. He succumbed to his injuries.
Investigators have since launched a homicide investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the killing and to establish a motive.
