A fire broke out in a shack on Vefabayırı Street in the Gayrettepe neighborhood of Beşiktaş, Istanbul. The cause of the blaze was not yet determined. The flames spread rapidly, engulfing the structure. Firefighters, police officers and medical personnel were dispatched to the scene after the incident was reported. The fire was extinguished by the fire department, but the shack sustained damage. The incident was reported by Anadolu Agency.
