The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, Djenabou Touré, met with a delegation of elders in Conakry on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The delegation was led by El Hadj Mansour Fadiga.
The meeting focused on the preparations for the upcoming inauguration of the Kountigui of Lower Guinea. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on September 26, 2026.
