Aydın İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü (Aydın Provincial Directorate of National Education) sent representatives to a conference in Luxembourg that focused on the Erasmus+ green transformation programme. The delegation, which included members of the Directorate’s Research and Development (AR‑GE) unit and the Erasmus+ Vocational Education Accreditation Coordination team, participated in a workshop on sustainable project management, green skills development and the integration of environmental sustainability into project design, implementation and institutional operations. The event brought together participants from several European countries, who shared best practices and international experiences related to resource efficiency, green skill acquisition, sustainable project management and the strengthening of cross‑border partnerships. The participants highlighted that sustainability extends beyond reducing environmental footprints; it also involves enhancing the positive impact of education. According to the Directorate, the knowledge and experience gained in Luxembourg will be applied to its Erasmus+ accreditation activities, to the development of green skills in vocational education, and to the establishment of future international project collaborations.
