Rockets fired by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia struck the cities of Al‑Manaqil in Al‑Jazira state and Haya in the Red Sea state, targeting critical infrastructure. According to local reports, the rockets hit fuel pipelines in Haya and damaged the main electricity transformer in Al‑Manaqil, causing a widespread power outage across large parts of Al‑Jazira. The RSF has repeatedly targeted civil infrastructure, affecting electricity supply, fuel distribution, hospitals and schools.
