പാല്‍ക്കുളംമേട് വ്യൂ പോയിന്റില്‍ നിന്ന് കൊക്കയിലേക്ക് വീണ് യുവാവ് മരിച്ചു

A young man identified as Albin died after falling into a gorge at the Palkulamedu viewpoint in Idukki, Kerala. The incident occurred on Sunday morning while he was visiting the area with two relatives.

According to statements provided by his relatives, the group had arrived at the Alpara viewpoint to view the scenery and take photographs. While the two relatives chose to descend using the designated walking path, Albin attempted to climb down through a steep rock face. During this attempt, he reportedly lost his footing and fell into the gorge.

Albin was recovered from the steep rocky area with critical injuries and was transported to the Idukki Medical College Hospital. Despite medical efforts, he was pronounced dead. The Kanjikuzhi police have registered a case of unnatural death in connection with the incident.
