أربيل وبغداد تبحثان تعزيز التنسيق الأمني المشترك

Arbil and Baghdad are working to strengthen joint security coordination between the federal and regional governments.

During a visit to the General Command of the Armed Forces in Baghdad, Fares Issa, the representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government, met with Brigadier General Abdul Amir Al-Shamri, the head of the General Command. The two officials discussed the overall security situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and explored ways to enhance cooperation and coordination.

The meeting was part of ongoing efforts by both governments to improve security collaboration and address shared challenges in the region.
