**Investigation Underway Following Triple Fatality in Isperih**

Authorities in Isperih are conducting an intensive investigation into a triple fatality involving a father and his two daughters. Preliminary findings indicate that the father killed his children, aged 10 and 17, before taking his own life.

The bodies were discovered by the children’s grandfather after the girls had been missing for several days. Investigators believe the incident occurred between Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, the last time the children were seen alive.

According to reports, the parents were divorced, and the girls had been visiting their father to prepare for the start of the school year.

The Razgrad District Prosecutor’s Office is overseeing the pre-trial proceedings. Investigators are exploring the theory that the incident was driven by severe psychological distress, stemming from the father’s separation from the children’s mother and ongoing financial difficulties.

District Prosecutor Tihomir Todorov stated that investigators are examining a potential trigger for the tragedy: a message sent by the mother to one of the daughters, informing her that she had entered a new relationship.

Regarding the family’s history, Prosecutor Todorov noted that the mother had previously reported incidents of domestic violence to law enforcement and the prosecutor’s office. However, he stated that these complaints were subsequently withdrawn by the mother, leading to the closure of the files at the police level.
