**BANGKOK** — Australian teenage golfer Jessica Bang has died at the age of 18 after suffering a sudden brain hemorrhage while preparing for an international tournament in Bangkok.
The WPGA Tour of Australasia announced her death on Thursday evening, August 13, 2026.
Bang was in Thailand to prepare for upcoming competition when the medical emergency occurred.
