Referee Michael Salisbury halted play after only two minutes of the League Cup match between Fleetwood Town and Arsenal when he spotted a flying object over Fleetwood’s home ground, Highbury. Salisbury called the captains together, spoke with the managers and waited for a brief period before restarting the game. The match has since resumed and is proceeding normally. Arsenal’s midfielder Martin Ødegaard is listed on the bench for the match.
