Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander has issued a detention order for Neisha Ramkissoon, also known as “Hoggie,” who is accused of orchestrating a plot to kill state officials, police, and prison officers.
Authorities say she also attempted to smuggle communications devices and narcotics into the Teteron Barracks, where high-profile criminals are being held.
“Hoggie” is reportedly romantically linked to Resistance Gang leader Roger Paul and is accused of recruiting and arming gang members, directing kidnappings targeting the business community, and ordering hits on law enforcement and judiciary members.
