Al-Rawi Questions Home Invasion Bill’s Protection of Squatters

Opposition Senator Faris Al-Rawi has raised questions regarding the proposed Home Invasion bill. Specifically, Al-Rawi wants to know if these individuals would be legally entitled to defend themselves against intruders, despite the lack of legal ownership of their living spaces.
