Interia Geekweek has highlighted a report from the art portal Martin Cid regarding changes to the Polish secondary‑school curriculum. According to the source, a new program base for Polish language will come into force on 1 September 2027, introducing a revised canon of literature for high‑school students. In a separate development, a Brazilian artificial‑intelligence system called Luminari has analysed the oil painting Zbawiciel świata (The Savior of the World). The AI suggests that the work may have been created by Leonardo da Vinci’s pupil Giovanni Antonio Boltraffio, assigning an 81 % probability to that hypothesis. Art historians remain cautious. Professor Frank Zoellner, an expert on Leonardo’s oeuvre, said the AI’s findings would be useful only if the system could conclusively settle authorship disputes. Zbawiciel świata was sold at Christie’s in 2017 for a record US$450 million to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed ibn Salman. The painting, an oil on wood panel dated 1510–1515, has been attributed in whole or in part to Leonardo da Vinci and is thought to have been produced for King Louis XII of France. Since its purchase, the work has not been displayed publicly; it is scheduled to be exhibited in 2028 at the Museum of World Cultures in Riyadh. In other news, a six‑year‑old black Labrador named Sgiath from Scotland has been recognized as the first dog in the world trained to detect invasive colony warble. The achievement was reported by Interia Geekweek. Finally, the first Biedronka store of its kind has opened in Poland. The discount retailer operates under the sign “7Biek” in the town of Siewierz, Silesian Voivodeship, marking a new expansion for the chain.
