Residents of Central Trinidad woke up today to an alarming situation as a home invasion occurred in the Cunipia district. The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) are currently in the midst of an active manhunt for two suspects who reportedly fled the scene post-incident. The police operations are primarily focused in and around Ramnarine Trace, Esmeralda Road, Samsu Road, Charles Trace, and the surrounding communities.
Allister Guevarro, the Commissioner of Police, has issued a public appeal urging residents to stay vigilant and ensure their homes are secure. He has requested the public to report any suspicious activity without delay, emphasizing the role of community cooperation in ensuring overall safety.
The TTPS encourages members of the public to help in their efforts by reaching out via 999 or 555 if they observe any suspicious individuals or have any information that could aid the investigation.
As the search for the suspects continues, the TTPS maintains that operations in the area are ongoing, underscoring their commitment to locating the outstanding suspects and upholding public safety.
