Trinidad and Tobago’s very own Joshua “De Pan Man” Regrello has made history official. Today, Regrello proudly unboxed his Guinness World Records certificate, confirming his breathtaking 31-hour marathon performance on the steelpan in San Fernando on December 27, 2024.

The record, achieved after months of preparation and streamed live to fans worldwide, has now been etched into Guinness history, placing Trinidad and Tobago and the steelpan on the global stage.

During his 31-hour feat, Regrello played nearly 200 songs without repeating any within a four-hour window, following strict Guinness regulations. His endurance and passion transformed into a symbol of cultural pride, celebrated by fans, Pan Trinbago, and the nation’s leaders.

Now, with certificate in hand, Regrello has cemented himself as more than just a pannist—he is a world record holder, carrying the steelpan forward for a new generation to admire.
