New Board Appointed for First Citizens Holdings

In a recent development from the Ministry of Finance of Trinidad and Tobago, The Honourable Davendranath Tancoo, MP, has appointed a new Board of Directors for First Citizens Holdings Limited. The official announcement came on August 27, 2025. The newly appointed board includes Mr. Shankar Bidai­see as Chairman, Professor Sterling Frost as Deputy Chairman, and Directors Ms. Crystelle Smith, Mr. Prakash Dhanrajh, Ms. Sandy Roopchand, Ms. Jo-Anne Boodoosingh, Ms. Nichelle Granderson, and Mr. Javan Lewis. The government has confirmed and approved these appointments, inaugurating these individuals as the new board members of First Citizens Holdings Limited.
