Third Officer Detained under National Security’s Protective Order

In a recent turn of events, another law enforcement officer has been detained under the Protective Detention Order. This order was previously issued by the Minister of National Security. The officer’s detention marks the third such instance within a short span of time. Prior to this, a Corporal from the North Eastern Division and an Acting Superintendent of Prisons found themselves in a similar situation. They were taken into custody under the same protective order just last week.
