Occurring at 01:08 am local time (05:08 UTC), the quake was located at latitude 13.17N and longitude 60.60W, with a depth of 10 km. Nearby cities included Kingstown in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 70 km east of the epicenter; Castries in Saint Lucia, 104 km southeast; and Bridgetown in Barbados, 110 km to the west. This preliminary location has been computed through automated algorithms and may be subject to revisions following further analysis by SRC experts.
