Keith Eddy, the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme Company Limited (CEPEP), has filed a defamation lawsuit against Opposition Senator and former line Minister of CEPEP, Faris Al Rawi SC. Mr. Eddy claims his character has been defamed by Mr. Al Rawi. In response, a pre-action protocol letter has been issued to Mr. Al Rawi who now has 14 days to reply to the allegations.
