Port of Spain, Trinidad – Several phone shops in Couva and Chaguanas have confirmed multiple reports from customers that Samsung A05 devices are malfunctioning after the latest software update.
Users describe the phones either stopping completely or becoming so slow and unresponsive that they can hardly be used.
While there is no official confirmation from Samsung, technicians are warning the public to be cautious and avoid updating their A05 devices until more information is available.
One technician noted, “We’re seeing the same issue again and again. Customers update, and suddenly their phones either won’t start back or just don’t work properly.”
For now, the issue remains alleged, but the consistent reports suggest it may be widespread. Taking precaution could save A05 owners the expense of repairs or replacing their phone.
